Research Notes: These were very difficult to research. I do have the context that these were found in a lot with other circa Y2K military and workwear surplus from Europe, but that doesn't guarantee that these are also European. The construction seems to align with a late 90s, early 2000s color scheme, as does the teal and purple color scheme. IT's possible that the code tag is giving a February 2002 production date, but I didn't want to state that without being unable to verify.
