Based on mascot, this sweatshirt is for the school in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania Per trademark filings NuBlend was first used in commerce in 1995, letting us know that this shirt must be from 1995 or later, while the made in USA lets us know that the sweatshirt likely predates the offshore manufacturing moves of the late 1990s.
