Fair to good used vintage condition. Ribbon is secured by safety pin instead of being sewn to the garment. Multiple areas of faint staining/discoloration near the bottom hem on both the front and back. A few faint spots near both sleeve cuffs. A couple of other scattered marking/faint areas of discoloration throughout. See photos for details.
