Long Seller Research Note: I am dating these cut offs to the early 2000s based on the care tag. "Made in Mexico of U.S. Fabric" indicates that the jeans had to be made in 2001 or later, while the tag having a WPL number instead of an RN number places the jeans to the early part of the 2000s (per my research). This particular care tag format was in use for many years dating to the 90s, with minor variations. Therefore, you see many pairs of jeans incorrectly advertised as vintage 1990s due to similarities of the more modern care tag to the 1990s care tag. Just know that any pair of Wrangler jeans with this care tag that are made in Mexico are not 1990s vintage, regardless of how they are advertised.
