Good overall used condition relative to antique age. Structurally sound and fully wearable. Seam at bottom of side placket has split to approximately 1.5 inches longer than the original opening. Lace trim is likely not original to garment; I read it as a much newer replacement. Lace has scattered tears throughout. Garment has scattered stains and diffuse age-related toning/discoloration.
